Buckelew Christmas tree lots is looking for capable, customer-oriented people to provide seasonal, temporary help at our various tree locations across Southern Arizona. 

Who We’re Looking For

We are family owned and operated, and our company is centered around customer service and building relationships within our communities, and are looking for dependable, friendly and fun people with problem-solving and customer-service skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to positively engage and interact with customers of all personalities.

We need seasonal part time & full time tree lot workers, service/salespeople, delivery drivers & cashiers. Holiday tree lot experience is not necessary; training will be provided. 

Applicants must be:

  • Available on all weekends from late November through December
  • Reliable and able to work rain or shine
  • Hardworking and helpful
  • Self-motivated and safety-minded
  • Trustworthy and team-oriented
  • Customer-service oriented
  • Positive and professional, even in challenging situations
  • Able to work outdoors for long hours  
  • Able to lift 50 lbs, twist, bend and squat repetitively all day long
  • Able to get to and from work on their own and/or a valid driver’s license & insurance 

When We Need You

Beginning before Thanksgiving and lasting through Christmas – approximately 5-6 weeks of work. Must be available on all weekends from late November through December.

What You’ll Be Doing

Main duties will include assisting customers in the selection, demonstration, preparation and loading of trees, and safely processing of fresh Christmas trees which includes loading, unloading, netting, cutting, drilling, flocking, tree maintenance, tree delivery and more. 

You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure work environment by conducting daily safety reviews, noting hazards, keeping lots and surrounding areas clean and organized, and monitoring for potential theft or security.

Additional responsibilities may include customer sales and service, inventory management, basic accounting, opening & closing location, location-specific tasks, and any other duties assigned by management.
